Corporate Coaching Skills for Managers and Supervisors
Program Vision and Goals: CTA’s Foundation Coaching Skills Training for Organization programs is designed to introduce foundational coaching skills training at the workplace. It helps leaders to navigate their way through their unique leadership styles to drive performance and reach their full potential. All the participants will learn coaching skills using coaching models, core competencies and apply their learning in practice coaching sessions with regards to their current workplace challenges.
Corporate Coaching Course Modules Details:
This course has 2 modules where participants learn –
- Fundamentals of coaching for performance
- How to engage employees through coaching and align their goals to organizational goals
- How to motivate employees and bring their best out of them.
Hours of student contact time: Designed for 2 days of classroom training, there are assignments and other non-instructor led learning engagements which need to be completed within 30 days of the program delivery.
Learning goals: The goal of this program is to train participants on foundational level coaching skills and make them competent in applying the learned coaching skills in driving team performance at the workplace. Participants will be introduced tools and models required to facilitate coaching at workplaces.
Coaching philosophy: Our coaching philosophy draws from transformational coaching psychology. Best practices in coaching at workplaces. This program is learner engaging and practical in nature. All course material is designed basis adult learning principals and psychology.
Lead Instructions: ICF Credentialed ACC, PCC or MCC Coach with CTA Coaching Skills Trainer Certification.
