CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL COACH TRAINING PROGRAM (CPC)

Level 1

Introduction

Coach Transformation Academy (CTA) offers 60 Hours of Professional Coach certification program. This training empowers coaches to identify potential of their clients to support them to overcome their limited self-belief to reach new heights of awareness in terms of creating self-development and motivational action plans. This entire coaching process is designed to enable coaches to transform their coaching style.

This course is for aspiring professional life coach certification, career coaches, executive coaches and business coaches and professionals with corporate experience including:

  • Executives and professional who wish to upgrade their current capabilities to apply coaching skills in their current work and life.
  • Managers who can apply coach training skills at their workplace

Program Overview

The Professional coach certification training program focuses on getting you clearer and deeper understanding of coaching skills with great amount of practice and help you build your coaching skills successfully.

Learning Goals

The goal of the program is to ensure that participants learn professional coaching certification skills and are competent in the core coaching competencies for coaching at their workplace or in any area or field they choose.

Course Prerequisite

There is no pre-requisite for this program however we wish to speak to you by phone to confirm a fit with your goals and interest.

Program Structure

Professional Coach Certification training is a course which comprises of the following:

  • 60 Hours coach training over a period of 3 months (choose either classroom training or online class)
  • Live Classroom Training – 6 days of Classroom training as a face to face workshop followed by supervised mentoring sessions and one to one support with faculty for three months.
  • Online Training – 3 hours of online session split into 2 hours of academic learning and 1 hour of skill drill cum mentoring class for 16 weeks.

10 hours of mentoring during these sessions which is separate from the modules and mentoring is done as 7 hours of group mentoring and 3 hours of individual mentoring.

Course Module

Our modules of complete program are listed below.

The learning objective of this module is to help you understand the definition of coaching, basics of coaching, different types of coaching and its application.

The learning objective of this module is to work on transforming our coaches and supporting them in developing their deeper level of listening skills, understand their emotional intelligence and develop for others.

In his module, you get clear understanding of ICF Core Competencies, EMCC Competency Framework & CCE Competency Framework which will you to apply in your coaching conversations.

In this module, you build your understanding on how to incorporate and manage the whole process of coaching, following ICF core competencies, EMCC competency framework & CCE competency framework while maintaining professional standards, ICF Code of Ethics, Global Code of Ethics and CCE BCC code of ethics.

Credentialing Requirement

  • Students are expected to attend 60 hours of classroom training, additionally they will receive 10 hours of mentoring with ICF – MCC coach and providing support of peer coaching/practice sessions.
  • Upon successful completion of above requirements and other ICF requirements, students can apply for ACC credentials with ICF
